Salesforce Developer (Contract, Dubai)

About the role

A government-related client in Dubai is looking for a Salesforce Developer on a 12-month contract, renewable. The developer delivers Salesforce solutions covering configuration, customization and full-lifecycle project implementation, optimizing business processes through Salesforce technology.

Key responsibilities

• Design, prototype and configure Salesforce solutions, managing system configuration and user setup
• Provide technical and functional expertise to internal teams across project lifecycles
• Document configuration changes, data mappings and business process flows
• Guide development teams in implementing custom logic and present solution demos to stakeholders
• Lead and contribute to testing, training, deployment and post-go-live support planning
• Facilitate workshops to gather, define and document business and technical requirements
• Maintain active Salesforce certifications to advise on best practices

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, unit testing)
• At least 2 years with Lightning Components and LWC is a must
• 2+ years with enterprise-level packaged applications (Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Siebel, etc.)
• Proven track record of end-to-end Salesforce project implementations
• Strong understanding of scalable solution design and system configuration
