SAP FICO Consultant – S/4HANA Financial Transformation

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Consultant to lead end‑to‑end financial transformation projects on SAP S/4HANA. The role involves modernising legacy ERP landscapes, standardising finance processes and supporting both B2B and B2C business models.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle SAP S/4HANA FICO implementations, including fit‑gap analysis, blueprint workshops and solution design.
• Redesign and standardise financial processes such as order‑to‑cash, procure‑to‑pay, intercompany accounting and revenue recognition (RAR/IFRS 15).
• Configure core FICO modules: General Ledger (New GL), Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Centre, Profit Centre, Internal Orders and Universal Journal (ACDOCA).
• Design product costing, material ledger, profitability analysis (CO‑PA) and overhead controlling for manufacturing and service businesses.
• Collaborate with SD, MM, PP, PS and BTP teams to ensure seamless integration and data migration using LSMW or the S/4HANA Migration Cockpit.
• Develop custom reports, BADIs and RICEFW objects to meet specific finance requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of SAP FICO experience with at least two full‑cycle S/4HANA implementations.
• Proven track record delivering finance transformation programmes for multi‑entity organisations.
• Strong knowledge of both B2B and B2C finance processes and IFRS 15 revenue accounting.
