SAP Finance & Controlling Consultant

About the role

Teamware Solutions is looking for a senior SAP Finance & Controlling Consultant to lead the design and implementation of end‑to‑end finance solutions on SAP S/4HANA. The role combines deep functional expertise with the ability to drive architecture, governance and continuous improvement across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead SAP FICO architecture aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Configure and support core finance modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting, Cost Center, Profit Center, Product Costing, Internal Orders and Funds Management.
• Manage month‑end and year‑end closing processes, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
• Gather and document business requirements, manage change requests, and coordinate project timelines, risks and budgets.
• Lead integration of SAP FICO with MM, SD, PS, HCM, PM, FICA, PP and other modules to ensure seamless data flow.
• Provide production support, root‑cause analysis, and lead upgrades or enhancement packs.

Required profile

• Extensive experience as a senior SAP FICO consultant, preferably on SAP S/4HANA.
• Proven ability to engage business stakeholders and drive finance transformation initiatives.
• Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of finance regulations, tax compliance and corporate accounting policies.
