SAP Functional Analyst (S/4HANA Implementation & Support)

About the role

The SAP Functional Analyst (S/4HANA Implementation & Support) will work on‑site in the UAE, focusing on analysing business processes, gathering requirements and designing functional solutions within SAP S/4HANA, especially for Materials Management and related supply‑chain modules.

Key responsibilities

• Configure SAP S/4HANA to meet business needs and prepare functional specifications.
• Support testing activities, including unit, integration and user‑acceptance testing.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful implementations and enhancements.
• Provide ongoing production support, troubleshoot issues and optimise system usage.
• Document processes, create training material and train end users.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices and company standards.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret business needs and identify gaps.
• Experience in supply‑chain or automotive spare‑parts operations.
• Hands‑on experience with large‑scale SAP S/4HANA implementations or rollouts.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or related field; SAP certification is a plus.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills, attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively on‑site.
