SAP Functional Lead HCM and SuccessFactors

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Functional Lead to drive implementation and ongoing management of the SuccessFactors platform across our organization. The role serves as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, implementation partners, and vendors, ensuring smooth delivery of HR transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects and support activities.
• Collaborate with business leaders to gather, analyse and document HR requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Act as the main point of contact for HR, IT and business units on all SuccessFactors initiatives.
• Coordinate with implementation partners, SAP consultants and third‑party vendors to ensure quality delivery.
• Provide guidance and expertise to ensure alignment with overall digital transformation goals.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of experience in HR technology, ERP or digital transformation programs.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation and support.
• Proven track record of leading 2–3 full lifecycle SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
