Scaffolding Sales Engineer

About the role

The Scaffolding Sales Engineer drives revenue by identifying construction project opportunities, analysing architectural drawings and delivering tailored scaffolding and formwork solutions. The role combines technical expertise with client‑facing sales activities to ensure safe, cost‑effective delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new client leads within construction, infrastructure and industrial sectors to build a robust sales pipeline.
• Analyse structural and architectural drawings to design customised, safe and cost‑effective scaffolding systems.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates, negotiate pricing and payment terms, and secure profitable sales agreements.
• Coordinate with internal engineering and logistics teams to ensure accurate fulfilment and timely on‑site delivery.
• Provide expert technical support, address on‑site client queries and foster long‑term customer relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Structural or Mechanical Engineering.
• 5‑8 years of B2B technical sales experience in scaffolding, formwork or shoring systems.
• Strong analytical capabilities, compelling presentation skills and effective negotiation abilities.
