SCM Applications Pre‑Sales Solution Engineer

About the role

Join Oracle Health & Life Sciences’ Pre‑Sales Centre of Excellence as a Solution Engineer focused on Supply Chain Management. Based in the UAE, you will support customers across the Middle East in a hybrid setting, combining customer‑facing engagements, regional collaboration, and office work while promoting Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP, SCM, HCM, CX, EPM).

Key responsibilities

• Support and drive complex Supply Chain Management opportunities across the Middle East.
• Present and articulate the value of Oracle SaaS SCM solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales teams throughout the sales cycle to define business value and overcome obstacles.
• Conduct workshops, demos and events to share current and emerging product capabilities.
• Continuously develop expertise in Oracle Fusion Applications and modern demonstration techniques.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of pre‑sales or solution consulting experience, preferably in Healthcare or Life Sciences.
• Demonstrated leadership, strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proactive, resilient mindset with high emotional intelligence.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM expertise.
• Broad supply‑chain knowledge: Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, PLM, Inventory Management, Maintenance, Logistics.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM, HCM and CX modules.
• Hands‑on experience with AI capabilities embedded in Oracle Fusion Applications.
• Integration experience with Healthcare EHR or Life Sciences systems.
