Scrum Master

Key responsibilities

• Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices.
• Help the product owner and development team achieve customer satisfaction.
• Lead the scrum and development teams in self‑organization.
• Remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments.
• Define and maintain realistic project plans, supervise progress against quality and performance criteria, and ensure programs are correctly allocated and resourced.
• Help the scrum and development teams identify and fill gaps in the Agile framework.
• Resolve conflicts and issues that arise.
• Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity.
• Support the product owner and provide education where needed.

• Experience in the financial services industry, particularly in digital transformation initiatives.

• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and modern development practices.
• Experience working in a cross‑functional environment, coordinating with marketing, IT, and customer service.
