Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager

About the role

KWS Middle East Official, a business setup consultancy based in Dubai, is hiring a full-time, on-site Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Manager. The role drives organic growth and online visibility for the company by planning and executing SEO strategies, auditing websites and improving search rankings.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute SEO strategies and carry out technical and content SEO audits
• Identify opportunities to improve website performance and search rankings
• Carry out keyword research, on-page optimization and link-building campaigns
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to align SEO with business goals
• Monitor and analyse web analytics, prepare performance reports and recommend data-driven improvements to site structure, content and user experience
• Stay current with SEO best practices, search engine algorithm updates and competitive trends in the business setup and consulting industry

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and ability to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; familiarity with the Middle East market and additional languages is an advantage
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
