Secondary Market Property Advisor – Dubai

About the role

Enclave Dubai, a fast‑growing brokerage founded in 2025, is looking for a motivated Secondary Market Property Advisor to join its Dubai team. You will work with fresh daily leads and benefit from full marketing support to drive residential and commercial secondary‑market transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and close sales opportunities in the Dubai secondary property market.
• Maintain and expand client relationships, delivering a client‑first experience.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Collaborate with the telesales and content teams to maximise lead conversion.
• Utilise industry‑leading tools and company resources to support sales activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real‑estate or luxury sales.
• Proven experience in the Dubai/UAE secondary market (preferred).
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
