Secondary Maths Teacher – British Curriculum

About the role

Al Rabeeh Academy is looking for an experienced Secondary Maths Teacher to join its British curriculum team from August 2026. You will teach Key Stages 3, 4 and 5, covering GCSE and A‑Level Mathematics, and create engaging, concept‑driven lessons that develop analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess mathematics lessons across KS3‑5 in line with the British curriculum.
• Prepare students for GCSE and A‑Level examinations through targeted practice and feedback.
• Use AI‑driven learning tools to personalise instruction and track progress.
• Maintain a supportive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages all learners to reach their potential.
• Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary projects and contribute to pastoral care initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience teaching secondary mathematics, preferably within a British‑based curriculum.
• Passion for inspiring students and fostering a growth mindset.
• Commitment to the school’s core values of Respect, Responsibility and Resilience.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of GCSE and A‑Level Mathematics content.
• Familiarity with the British National Curriculum for mathematics.
• Ability to integrate AI‑enhanced educational platforms into daily teaching.
• Effective classroom management and assessment techniques.
