Security Manager - PSCOD Account Management

About the role

Transguard Group is recruiting a Security Manager for its Security Services team in Abu Dhabi, covering PSCOD and ASSD account management. The role supports the Senior Security Manager in liaising with regulatory authorities, handling their visits and queries, and building strong relationships with the authorities and the group's security businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Senior Security Manager in liaison with regulatory authorities (PSCOD/ASSD), including attending meetings in the Senior Manager's absence and handling PSCOD queries
• Support visits to PSFRD Ajman on demand and help achieve the company's mission and goals
• Ensure compliance with Transguard Group financial policy and standards, and suggest improvements to senior managers
• Support both business units on Emirati client relationships and promote Transguard's vision and values with customers
• Act as an ambassador for Transguard to local authorities
• Ensure compliance with ministerial decision No. 557 of 2008 and federal law No. 2006 on private security
• Liaise with ASSD/PSCOD and the Senior Security Manager, and work with the Control Room, TGSS and TG Cash teams
• Facilitate and support business units during authority visits and inspections
• Contribute to group and business unit innovation and transformation strategies

Required profile

• UAE national; ex-service personnel or ex-police with a minimum of 15 years of experience
• High school, graduate or university degree, and an ASSD license
• Native Arabic speaker
• Minimum English level 3 according to Transguard Group standards
