Security Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Security Supervisor to oversee safety and security operations at our luxury hotel in Ras Al Khaimah. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will ensure a safe environment for guests, staff and assets while coordinating with engineering, law enforcement and fire services.

Key responsibilities

• Inform the General Manager of all security‑related matters and incidents.
• Coordinate fire and security responsibilities with the Director of Engineering.
• Liaise with management, employees, local law enforcement and fire‑safety officials.
• Train and supervise security staff on resort regulations, emergency procedures and safety equipment.
• Prepare, distribute and archive daily security reports while maintaining confidentiality.
• Conduct regular threat assessments and preventive maintenance of safety equipment.
• Respond to crisis situations, preserve crime scenes and evidence, and produce detailed incident reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 month of relevant security experience.
• Professional grooming and ability to work collaboratively across departments.
• Strong knowledge of hotel facilities and operations.
• Ability to evaluate threats continuously and act decisively in emergencies.
