Security Supervisor

About the role

Falcon Shield Security is looking for a Security Supervisor to oversee day-to-day security operations on site. The supervisor leads the guards on shift, ensures full coverage and discipline, and keeps operations compliant with client requirements and SIRA standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise guards during the assigned shift and ensure full site coverage and readiness
• Conduct roll calls, shift briefings and task allocation (posts, patrols, access control)
• Monitor performance and appearance standards, enforce discipline and SOP compliance
• Respond to incidents, handle de-escalation and ensure accurate incident reporting
• Maintain site records such as attendance, patrol logs, occurrence book and daily reports
• Coordinate with the client and site management, escalating issues as required
• Support the onboarding and training of new guards and make sure site-specific instructions are followed

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Security Supervisor (UAE experience preferred)
• SIRA Supervisor License (preferred or required depending on the assignment)
• Ability to work day/night shift patterns
