Security Supervisor – UAE National (Full-time)

About the role

We are looking for a Security Supervisor who will lead and manage security operations across Noon’s dark‑store locations in the UAE. The role ensures full shift coverage, compliance with company SOPs and a safe environment for riders, staff and assets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule a team of security guards across multiple dark‑store sites, ensuring punctuality and proper deployment.
• Conduct regular field visits to audit guard performance, grooming, discipline and adherence to duties.
• Monitor rider compliance with uniform, helmet, parking and entry/exit protocols, and enforce building management rules.
• Review and consolidate daily, weekly and monthly security reports, highlighting trends for logistics leadership.
• Escalate and investigate incidents such as theft, misconduct, accidents or unauthorized access, gathering CCTV evidence and recommending corrective actions.
• Train, onboard and coach security guards on SOPs, emergency response and rider interaction standards.
• Manage the security vendor relationship, including attendance validation, invoice verification and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Strong observation, analytical and reporting abilities.
• Ability to stay calm and respond effectively in high‑stress situations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
