Seller Acquisition & Partnerships Lead (DTC & E‑commerce)

About the role

Ecomswap is seeking a Seller Acquisition & Partnerships Lead to drive the flow of qualified DTC and e‑commerce founder opportunities into its advisory team. You will build and nurture relationships across the ecosystem, generating a steady pipeline of high‑value acquisition targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop relationships with agencies, operators, consultants, and service providers that support 7‑8 figure DTC and e‑commerce brands.
• Generate qualified founder introductions through networking, outbound outreach, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Grow and manage Ecomswap’s partner ecosystem.
• Maintain a measurable pipeline in HubSpot CRM.
• Educate partners on the Ideal Seller Profile and exit readiness criteria.
• Conduct qualification calls with founders to assess revenue, profitability, growth trajectory, and exit motivation.
• Hand qualified opportunities to the Advisory team and track intro‑to‑mandate conversion.
• Represent Ecomswap within the DTC and e‑commerce community.

Required profile

• Experience in sales, partnerships, business development, account management, or a similar relationship‑focused commercial role.
• Confident, outgoing, and strong at building relationships.
• Enjoys networking with founders and creating commercial opportunities.
• Commercially minded and comfortable speaking with founders, operators, and agency owners.
• Highly proactive and thrives in fast‑moving environments.
• Understanding of the DTC and e‑commerce landscape or a strong desire to learn quickly.
• KPI‑driven and organized in managing pipeline activity.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
