Senior A/C Technician

About the role

As a Senior AC & Refrigeration Technician at Hilton, you will ensure guest comfort and operational efficiency by maintaining and improving air‑conditioning and refrigeration systems across the property.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot AC and refrigeration systems, including chillers, split units, package units, and cold storage equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance, repair or replace defective parts such as compressors, fans, motors, and filters.
• Handle refrigerant charging, leak detection, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Document all maintenance activities, assist with new system installations, and recommend energy‑saving upgrades.
• Respond promptly to guest and staff temperature or equipment concerns and collaborate with Housekeeping and Food & Beverage teams.

• Demonstrated passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
• Integrity, leadership, teamwork, ownership, and a sense of urgency.

Required skills

• AC and refrigeration system troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of chillers, split units, package units, and cold storage equipment.
• Experience with compressors, fans, motors, filters, refrigerant charging, and leak detection.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and document work.
