Senior Account Manager – Healthcare

About the role

Join Justlife, the leading super‑app for home services in the UAE and KSA, as a Senior Account Manager – Healthcare. You will drive the expansion of our healthcare‑at‑home offering across the GCC by creating new B2B partnerships and bringing trusted care into more homes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and close new corporate, affiliate and wellness partnerships across the GCC.
• Build long‑term, trusted relationships with decision‑makers and position Justlife as the partner of choice.
• Negotiate and structure commercial agreements that grow revenue while maintaining service quality.
• Provide market insight to shape the healthcare vertical and uncover new channel opportunities.
• Report pipeline, partnership growth and market trends to senior management.

Required profile

• 5–7 years of B2B sales, partnerships or business development experience with a proven closing record.
• Healthcare background preferred and a strong understanding of regulated, trust‑critical environments.
• Commercially driven, data‑oriented and comfortable turning metrics into decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Established relationships in the Dubai/UAE market and familiarity with local healthcare licensing bodies are a plus.
