About the role
We are seeking a Senior Accountant to join our finance team and support home automation and smart building projects in Dubai. The role focuses on cost management, budgeting, and financial reporting for complex technical solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain project cost sheets, quotations, and budgets for home automation and smart building projects.
- Monitor project costs, profitability, and overall financial performance.
- Coordinate with sales, procurement, and project teams to ensure accurate costing and pricing.
- Support tendering, estimation, invoicing, and other commercial activities.
- Analyze costs and identify opportunities for cost optimisation.
- Prepare regular cost reports and ensure accurate financial documentation.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in costing, commercial operations, project accounting or finance.
- Experience in Home Automation, ELV, Building Automation, AV Systems, Security Systems or Smart Building Solutions is preferred.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with ERP or accounting systems.
