Senior Accountant

About the role

We are seeking a highly professional Senior Accountant to join our team in Dubai. The role involves overseeing the full spectrum of accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance within an international business environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and management reports.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions.
• Assist with audits, budgeting, and financial analysis.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial reporting.
• Experience with international accounting standards; UAE or Middle East experience is a plus.
• Professional accounting certification (CPA, ACCA, ACA) is an advantage.
• Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience using financial software.
• Advanced MS Excel functions.
