Senior Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Senior Accountant to lead end‑to‑end accounting functions and support our financial operations in a fast‑moving environment. The role is full‑time and ideal for a professional with strong experience in GCC accounting practices.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and bank reconciliations.
• Process payroll accurately and manage employee reimbursements.
• Manage cash flow, budgeting and financial reporting.
• Communicate with banks and financial institutions regarding credit facilities and maintain professional relationships.
• Maintain compliance, internal financial controls and accounting systems.
• Provide management with insights to improve financial processes and efficiencies.
• Collaborate with external auditors for monthly and annual audit processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of relevant GCC experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• Preferred CMA (USA) accreditation.
• Preferably Filipina, 40 years old or younger, with strong tenure stability (minimum 2 years per role).
• Ability to provide work experience letters and references from 2–3 previous employers.
