Senior Accountant

About the role

The Senior Accountant will lead financial accounting and reporting for Corp Advisors and its clients, based on‑site in Dubai. This full‑time position oversees month‑end and year‑end close, compliance and provides financial insights for strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage general ledger, prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements and ensure statutory reporting compliance.
• Oversee accounts payable/receivable, bank and inter‑company reconciliations, accruals and pre‑payments.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles, analyse variances and present financial insights.
• Coordinate with external auditors, improve internal controls and mentor junior accounting staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; CPA, ACCA, CA or CMA highly beneficial.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience, including senior or supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of UAE/GCC tax regulations, VAT, corporate tax and statutory reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
