Senior Accountant – Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven Senior Accountant to manage finance operations and support the commercial, sales and customer lifecycle within a UAE real estate development environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review, verify and validate Sales Purchase Agreements (SPA) before execution, ensuring financial terms align with pricing, payment plans and company policies.
• Coordinate with Sales, Legal and Finance teams on SPA amendments, cancellations and revenue recognition in line with IFRS.
• Work extensively with Salesforce CRM to monitor sales transactions, reconcile records with ERP, and generate reports on collections, outstanding balances and commission calculations.
• Manage customer receivables, ageing reports, collection forecasts and support refund processing and payment adjustments.
• Oversee project accounting, escrow accounts, VAT treatment and ensure compliance with UAE RERA, AML and escrow regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce or related field.
• 8‑10 years of finance experience, including 5‑8 years within a UAE real‑estate developer.
• Strong knowledge of SPA management, customer collections, instalment payment plans and revenue accounting.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
