Senior Accounting Supervisor – Sharjah

About the role

Almarai is seeking a Senior Accounting Supervisor to support Divisional Finance Managers by leading the head‑office finance team, coordinating with sales regions, and consolidating financial and management information.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the finance team at the head office.
• Coordinate closely with sales regions to gather and consolidate financial data.
• Prepare, interpret, and present financial and management information to senior management.
• Handle a high volume of accounting activities while meeting tight deadlines.
• Provide analytical insights and commercial judgement to support decision‑making.

Required profile

• Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Full or partial qualification from a recognized accounting body (CIMA, ACCA, ICA, AICPA).
• Minimum of 3 years progressive experience in a commercial organization, preferably FMCG.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver accurate results.
• Excellent organization skills and a commitment to financial excellence.
