Senior Advanced Services Engineer

About the role

Oracle Health is building patient‑ and provider‑centric solutions on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, leveraging AI, machine learning and large language models. The Senior Advanced Services Engineer will design, develop and support custom Oracle Health Revenue Cycle Management applications for healthcare customers in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy custom Oracle Health solutions using CCL, DiscernDev, MPage and Java.
• Configure and support Revenue Cycle Management modules such as Registration, Scheduling, Charge Services, Billing and Claims.
• Develop and troubleshoot integrations with external systems using HL7, FHIR, REST and SOAP APIs.
• Perform system analysis, debugging, root‑cause analysis and production issue resolution.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants and Infrastructure teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 5 years experience developing healthcare information systems, preferably Oracle Health.
• Excellent English communication, strong analytical and documentation skills, and willingness to travel for on‑site support.

Required skills

• CCL, DiscernDev, Custom MPage development, Java.
• SQL and Oracle Database development.
• HL7, FHIR, REST APIs, SOAP Web Services, XML, JSON.
• Source control and deployment processes for production support.
