Senior AI Architect - Conversational AI & LLMs

About the role

A long-term, full-time position is open for an experienced Senior AI Architect in Abu Dhabi. The organization seeks highly skilled AI professionals with hands-on production deployment experience who can contribute to enterprise-scale AI initiatives covering conversational AI, large language models, AI infrastructure and model deployment. Candidates must be able to join immediately or within one week and work full time onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions for production environments.
• Build and optimize conversational AI systems, AI agents and large language model applications.
• Implement high-performance model serving and inference solutions using modern AI deployment frameworks.
• Manage AI infrastructure, GPU resources and MLOps pipelines to ensure reliable system performance.
• Collaborate with technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient AI architectures.
• Monitor AI workloads and optimize system performance in production.

Required profile

• Proven hands-on experience deploying AI solutions in production environments.
• Strong expertise in Conversational AI, Agentic AI, LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience with Voice AI, chatbots, speech-to-text (STT), text-to-speech (TTS) and LLM orchestration.
• Ability to join immediately or within 7 days.
• Willingness to work full time onsite in Abu Dhabi.

Required skills

• vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, Hugging Face TGI, PagedAttention and KV cache optimization.
• NVIDIA GPU infrastructure, CUDA, Triton Inference Server and Kubernetes GPU Operator.
• MLOps, Prometheus and Grafana.
