Senior AI Automation Specialist

About the role

TalentOne is recruiting a hands-on Senior AI Automation Specialist for an expanding AI Automation team in Abu Dhabi, working onsite. The role works directly with business stakeholders to understand their needs and independently design and build practical AI and automation solutions, taking ownership from requirements gathering through delivery. The split is about 70% building and AI automation development and 30% business analysis and stakeholder management.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with business stakeholders to understand processes, challenges and automation opportunities.
• Gather, clarify and document business requirements.
• Design, build and improve automation solutions using low-code or other approved platforms.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows and AI agents where applicable.
• Independently drive automation initiatives from initial concept through to delivery.
• Translate business requirements into practical, working solutions.
• Communicate progress, clarify requirements and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and deliver measurable business value.

Required profile

• Approximately 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience building automation or low-code solutions.
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders and strong requirements-gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to independently drive automation initiatives; strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Highly preferred: experience in banking or financial services, experience developing AI workflows or AI agents, and a background in business analysis.

Required skills

• Software development experience is an additional advantage.
• Exposure to Python, SQL or APIs is an additional advantage.
• Additional relevant technical expertise.
