Senior Application Support Engineer - MS Dynamics CRM

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Application Support Engineer specialized in Microsoft Dynamics CRM to deliver expert-level support for mission‑critical applications within a fast‑paced financial services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform advanced troubleshooting, root‑cause analysis and implement effective resolutions for complex technical issues.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Development, Security and Business teams to deliver sustainable solutions.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives to optimise support processes and system performance.
• Maintain system stability, reliability and minimal downtime while ensuring compliance with organisational standards.
• Manage production incidents, conduct problem management and enhance operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience supporting mission‑critical applications in a securities exchange, capital markets or similar financial institution.
• Professional certifications in Microsoft Azure, AWS, Sitecore, Next.js, Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) CRM and Software AG are highly preferred.
• Proven ability to handle production incidents and deliver robust solutions in a regulated environment.
