Senior Architect – High-End Private Villas

About the role

Atelier Allione is seeking a senior‑level architect to lead the design of high‑end private villas in Dubai. The role demands full autonomy in project management, from concept through construction, and close collaboration with consultants, contractors, and site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural drawings, technical details and complete documentation packages for luxury villa projects.
• Ensure all deliverables align with the firm’s design language, standards and templates.
• Review, correct and validate work produced by junior and intermediate architects, acting as the quality gatekeeper.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing clear instructions and technical guidance.
• Participate in coordination meetings with consultants, contractors and clients, and follow up on drawings during construction phases.
• Maintain compliance with internal workflows, project tracking tools and documentation standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of professional architectural experience.
• At least 2 years of proven experience on high‑end or luxury villa projects.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Available to work in Dubai immediately (local candidates or ready to relocate).

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Archicad (professional architectural software).
