Senior Architect - High-Rise Developments

About the role

A real estate developer in Dubai is looking for a highly experienced Architect to lead architectural design and project development from concept through construction and handover for residential, commercial and mixed-use developments. The role reports to the Project Director / Project Head and covers design management, consultant and contractor coordination, authority approvals and technical reviews, in line with UAE regulations, quality standards, budgets and timelines.

Required profile

• Minimum 10-12 years of UAE experience across real estate development, consultancy and construction.
• Proven ability to lead architectural concepts from inception through full project development and execution.
• Experience delivering and managing high-rise developments of G+12 and above.
• Valid G+12/Unlimited Dubai Municipality approval permit and active membership of the Society of Engineers (SOE), UAE.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai authority approvals, UAE building regulations and project coordination.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and Photoshop, and other relevant design software.
• Strong understanding of construction detailing, design coordination and project execution.
• Excellent communication, presentation, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
