Senior Architect - Industrial Projects

About the role

SDV Consulting Engineers, which provides FEED, EPCM, PMC, commissioning and advisory services for the industrial sector, is looking for a highly motivated Senior Architect. This is a full-time, office-based position in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design from concept through to detailed design
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants and project stakeholders
• Manage project deliverables, schedules and design quality
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, building codes and authority requirements
• Lead BIM/Revit design development and coordination
• Review and mentor junior architects and technical staff
• Support client presentations, authority submissions and technical reviews

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• At least 10 years of professional architectural experience
• Experience on steel and industrial projects is mandatory
• Currently residing in the UAE is mandatory; experience working in Abu Dhabi is highly preferred

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Revit, BIM workflows and AutoCAD
• Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations and authority approval processes
• Excellent communication, leadership and coordination skills
