Senior Architect – Interior Design

About the role

Kleindienst Group is seeking a Senior Architect to lead interior design projects for hospitality, hotel and mixed‑use developments in the United Arab Emirates. The role combines creative vision with technical expertise to deliver high‑quality, brand‑aligned interiors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and review architectural and interior design concepts, schematic layouts, detailed drawings and presentations.
• Design hotel and hospitality interiors, including guest rooms, lobbies, F&B outlets, public areas, spa and back‑of‑house spaces.
• Act as primary client liaison, presenting concepts, gathering feedback and ensuring client expectations are met.
• Manage the full consultancy lifecycle from concept through construction, coordinating with MEP, structural, landscape and façade consultants.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, fire and life safety regulations and sustainability standards.
• Conduct site visits, review shop drawings and material submittals, and support construction teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 96 months (8 years) of experience in interior architecture, preferably in hospitality projects.
• Proven ability to lead design teams and manage client relationships.
• Strong understanding of UAE building codes, fire safety and sustainability requirements.
• Experience delivering projects on time and within budget.
