Senior Architect (Interior Fit‑Out)

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to lead interior fit‑out projects in Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering design solutions from concept through construction, ensuring quality, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design and development of interior fit‑out projects from concept to completion.
• Prepare and review architectural drawings, shop drawings, detailed design packages, and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, building codes, and project specifications.
• Review and approve material selections, finishes, and technical submittals.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with approved drawings.
• Collaborate with MEP, structural, and specialist subcontractors to resolve design and construction issues.
• Participate in client presentations, design workshops, and technical meetings.
• Manage project timelines and ensure design deliverables are submitted on schedule.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design team members.
• Identify value‑engineering opportunities while maintaining design integrity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred).
• Registered Architect or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.
• 10–15 years of architectural experience, including at least 5 years in senior interior fit‑out roles.
• Strong portfolio in F&B, commercial, retail, luxury residential, and corporate interiors.
• Experience working in the UAE/GCC market is highly preferred.
