Senior Architect

About the role

The design studio in Dubai is seeking a Senior Architect to act as the bridge between clients, the design team and project delivery. This position offers the chance to influence the growth of a fast‑expanding office while staying closely involved in the design process.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from initial briefing through to final delivery.
• Manage client relationships and ensure clear project communication.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors and internal design teams.
• Run meetings, develop programmes and produce regular reports.
• Support tendering activities, prepare BOQs and oversee delivery stages.
• Contribute to the strategic growth of the Dubai office.

Required profile

• Proven project management and client‑facing experience.
• Ability to run projects independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and coordination capabilities.
• Organised, commercially aware and comfortable taking ownership.
• Experience in the UAE market is advantageous.
