Senior Architect

About the role

BinGhatti Hospitality is seeking a Senior Architect to lead the design and delivery of high‑rise residential towers, villas and townhouses in Dubai. The role is ideal for professionals with a strong consultancy or developer background who thrive in fast‑moving, luxury‑focused environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead architectural design from concept through detailed design, authority approvals and construction.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, consultants and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Ensure full compliance with the Dubai Building Code and local authority regulations.
• Review and approve drawings, shop drawings and material submittals.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects.
• Represent the architectural discipline in client, consultant and authority meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with proven Dubai residential project experience.
• Background in consultancy or real‑estate/developer organisations.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Building Code, local regulations and approval processes.
• Excellent leadership, coordination and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience with architectural design software.
