Senior Architectural Visualizer

About the role

A leading architectural and design practice, known for high-profile regional projects, is looking for a Senior Visualizer. You will create high-quality visuals that bring architectural concepts to life, working closely with design teams to produce photorealistic renderings, animations and presentations for large-scale projects, while keeping CGI outputs to the highest standard.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creation of high-end architectural renderings and animations.
• Collaborate with architects and designers to visualize projects accurately and attractively.
• Ensure all visual outputs match the company's design philosophy and project expectations.
• Build and maintain a library of software and materials for visualization.
• Mentor and oversee junior visualizers, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Research materials, suppliers and the latest visualization techniques.
• Manage project deadlines and carry out quality assurance checks on all deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in architectural visualization, ideally in a high-profile design studio.
• Strong background in architectural visualization, a keen eye for detail and excellent software proficiency.
• Ability to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining quality.
• Excellent communication skills, leadership and mentorship abilities, and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Required skills

• 3D modelling: 3ds Max (main), Rhino, SketchUp
• Rendering: V-Ray, Corona, Unreal Engine, D5/Chaos Vantage, Enscape
• Post-production: Photoshop, After Effects (animation), InDesign (presentations)
• Knowledge of industry-standard architectural visualization tools and understanding of building codes and architectural standards
