Senior Associate – Business Operations

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Senior Associate to support daily business operations, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and provide professional support to senior management across multiple departments.

Key responsibilities

• Support daily business and administrative operations, managing tasks and projects from start to completion.
• Prepare business documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence, and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and follow‑up activities, and assist management with planning and strategic initiatives.
• Analyze data, conduct research, and provide recommendations to support business decisions.

Required profile

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional relationship‑management.
• Proactive, results‑oriented attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Experience working with senior management and cross‑functional teams in a business or operations environment.
