Senior Associate – Corporate Department

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our Corporate Department in DIFC, Dubai. The role involves advising clients on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters across the UAE and internationally.

Key responsibilities

• Lead corporate structuring and restructuring projects for diverse clients.
• Advise on DIFC and ADGM regulatory frameworks, foundations, holding structures, and succession planning vehicles.
• Handle corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and cross‑border transactions, including group reorganisations.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with solid experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Strong technical expertise, commercial judgment, and confidence to work directly with clients and counterparties.
