Senior Associate, Data Analyst – Sales Operations

About the role

Emirati Talent is hiring a Senior Associate, Data Analyst to support the Sales Operations team. You will own and analyze business data across sales, collections, broker performance and customer transactions, turning data into insights, trends and clear reports that support decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze sales, collections, broker activity and customer data to identify trends, risks and opportunities
• Develop dashboards and presentations with key insights and actionable recommendations
• Monitor metrics such as sales conversion, collections, defaulters and broker performance
• Keep data accurate and consistent across CRM systems (sales, customer and broker records)
• Spot data gaps and inconsistencies and improve data quality
• Support forecasting, performance tracking and periodic reporting for leadership reviews
• Work with Sales, Finance, Legal and CRM teams to validate data and align on it
• Improve reporting efficiency through process improvements, automation and documented data standards

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of relevant experience
• Strong analytical skills, able to turn data into actionable outcomes
• Understanding of sales cycles, collections tracking and performance metrics
• Detail-oriented, reliable and highly organized

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic modelling)
• CRM tools such as Salesforce
• Presentation skills (PowerPoint)
