Senior Associate – Development Marketing

About the role

The Senior Associate – Development Marketing will support Aldar Development’s marketing communication programmes for both existing and new product launches. Working closely with development, sales and CM teams, the role helps execute the brand and content strategy across the product lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and develop specific marketing communication programmes for product launches in collaboration with the VP – Development Marketing.
• Assist the Head of Department in executing Aldar’s brand and content strategy.
• Support global advertising campaign activities to promote products, systems and services throughout their lifecycle.
• Coordinate promotional events, traditional and digital campaigns, and attend them to ensure success.
• Prepare and deliver promotional presentations as required.
• Conduct market research and analyse consumer rating reports and questionnaires.
• Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather data from social media, web analytics and rankings.
• Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non‑financial information.
• Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts.
• Write marketing literature such as brochures and press releases.

Required profile

• Minimum of 6+ years of marketing experience, preferably in an advertising agency or related sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or online advertising.
• Experience in the real‑estate, advertising or communications field.

Required skills

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Experience with online analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of Google Adwords.
