Senior Associate – Government Affairs Strategy

About the role

The Senior Associate will work closely with Government Affairs leadership to shape strategic priorities, support executive decision‑making and drive engagement across key internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to support strategic priorities, decision‑making and stakeholder engagement.
• Prepare executive‑level presentations, briefing materials, reports and strategic communications.
• Conduct research and analysis on geopolitical, economic, government and investment developments.
• Develop country reports, leadership briefs and strategic insights.
• Support engagement with local and international stakeholders, including government entities and strategic partners.
• Lead strategic projects and special initiatives for the Government Affairs function.

Required profile

• 13‑15+ years of experience in strategy, economics, international affairs, public policy, finance or investment management.
• Strong business, commercial and investment acumen with ability to analyse complex issues.
• Proven experience supporting senior executives and leadership‑level stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive reporting and presentations.
• Strong analytical, research and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Experience engaging with a broad range of international and multicultural stakeholders.
