Senior Associate - Product Management

About the role

The Senior Associate – Product Management will own digital products within Aldar’s Digital Engineering portfolio, guiding them from concept through launch. You will work across Smart Cities, Digital Twin, smart building systems and IoT/OT platforms to create compelling solutions that drive customer adoption and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain product strategy and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to design go‑to‑market campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Work closely with Development, Design, BIM and GIS teams to translate vision into functional products.
• Coordinate consultants, vendors and system integrators to meet scope, timelines and quality standards.
• Leverage market and UX research to continuously benchmark against competitors.
• Use business intelligence tools to measure performance and present results.
• Support large‑scale, bug‑free releases on schedule and budget.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in product management or related roles within real‑estate or digital engineering.
• UAE national status as required for the role.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to turn data into actionable decisions.
• Excellent communication, public speaking and relationship‑building skills.
