Senior Associate - Syndicate & Corporate Loan Admin

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Senior Associate to join the Credit Middle Office team of a leading bank in Dubai. The role focuses on the administration of syndicated and bilateral loan facilities, ensuring accurate processing, compliance and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Handle operational activities for syndicated and bilateral loans, including drawdowns, rollovers, settlements and fee processing in line with facility agreements and internal policies.
• Monitor loan conditions such as DSRA, rental income, commitment fees and VAT; reconcile Nostro, escrow and related accounts and report any discrepancies.
• Liaise with agent banks and internal teams to ensure seamless execution and coordinate fee recovery and administrative requirements.
• Maintain adherence to bank policies, SOPs and regulatory guidelines; support system enhancements, UAT and process improvements while escalating risks and control gaps.
• Provide backup support within the team, prioritize workload and contribute to productivity tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of banking experience with strong exposure to credit administration and syndicated loans in the UAE.
• Solid understanding of loan documentation, credit policies and regulatory requirements.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
