Senior Associate – Transfer Pricing (Dubai)

About the role

PwC Middle East is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Transfer Pricing team in Dubai. The role involves advising clients on transfer pricing matters, developing policies, and ensuring compliance with regional regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on transfer pricing issues, including business transformations and risk management.
• Develop and support implementation of transfer pricing policies tailored to client needs.
• Assist clients in obtaining Advance Pricing Agreements (APAs) with tax authorities.
• Perform comparability analyses and value chain analysis.
• Support transfer pricing planning, restructuring projects, and intercompany transaction reviews.
• Prepare compliance documentation such as Local Files, Master Files, Country‑by‑Country Reporting and Transfer Pricing Disclosure Forms.
• Contribute to proposal development and business development activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in transfer pricing or tax advisory.
• Strong understanding of Middle East transfer pricing regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
