Senior BIM Architect

About the role

We are seeking a Senior BIM Architect with at least eight years of design development experience across residential, commercial, hospitality and mixed‑use projects. The role involves close collaboration with design teams, authorities and client representatives to deliver high‑quality architectural solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of assigned projects, ensuring client requirements are fully understood.
• Coordinate with senior management on policies and strategies.
• Work with project managers, other departments and external consultants to align project delivery.
• Attend client and authority meetings as needed.
• Assess project team needs and discuss staffing with senior management.
• Guarantee full design compliance with authority regulations.
• Develop, coordinate and organise design and submission packages with team members.
• Ensure timely completion of projects and maintain QA/QC standards before delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural design development.
• Strong organisational, creative and presentation abilities.
• Immediate availability, preferably based in the UAE.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in Revit.
