Senior Business Analyst – IT

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead complex application implementations within its IT Administration Team. The role bridges business operations, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of enterprise solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end business analysis for complex application projects, from discovery through validation and acceptance.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, workshops, and cross‑functional sessions to capture and confirm business needs.
• Develop and maintain functional requirements, process maps, use cases, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices.
• Conduct change impact analysis and ensure alignment of approved requirements with scope, design, testing and deployment.
• Support user acceptance testing, including test scenario creation, defect clarification and business sign‑off.
• Collaborate with project managers, infrastructure, cybersecurity, vendors and business owners to resolve dependencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of Business Analyst or Systems Analyst experience, including large‑scale enterprise application implementations.
• Experience across the full application lifecycle – requirements, design, UAT, deployment and transition.
• Background in hospitality, gaming or multi‑system environments is preferred.
• Proven ability to facilitate workshops, influence stakeholders and communicate with technical and non‑technical audiences.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of requirements elicitation, business process mapping, functional specifications, traceability and change impact analysis.
• Familiarity with POS, PMS and CMS applications and understanding of integration, data flows and system dependencies.
