Senior Business Analyst / Product Owner – Business Banking

About the role

This senior position combines Business Analyst and Product Owner responsibilities for a Business Banking product suite. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, shape the product vision, and ensure delivery of compliant, high‑value solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements across business, operations, risk, compliance and technology teams.
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and BRDs/FRDs; support backlog refinement, sprint planning and UAT.
• Define product vision, roadmap and backlog; prioritise features based on customer value, regulatory risk and cost.
• Track product outcomes using KPIs such as adoption, turnaround time and revenue impact.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of business analysis or product ownership experience in a bank, with deep knowledge of Business Banking products and processes.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders, influence decisions and ensure regulatory compliance.

Required skills

• Process modelling (BPMN) and diagramming tools.
• Data analysis using SQL and Excel.
• Agile tools: Jira, Confluence, Scrum/SAFe.
• Creation of user stories, backlog management and roadmap planning.
