Senior Business Analyst - Salesforce Delivery (Airlines Industry)

About the role

Arcsen, a global technology consulting firm and Salesforce implementation partner, is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead end‑to‑end requirements work for airline industry clients in the Middle East. You will work with solution architects and technical consultants to translate business needs into buildable Salesforce solutions and support the delivery lifecycle from discovery to UAT and handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workshops and discovery sessions with client stakeholders to capture processes, pain points and objectives.
• Produce delivery artefacts such as BRDs, user stories, BPMN process flows, data‑mapping documents and UAT plans.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for solution and technical teams.
• Configure and support Salesforce solutions and validate delivered functionality.
• Manage UAT cycles, coordinate test scripts, track defects and drive sign‑off.
• Maintain backlogs and requirement traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support presales activities, effort estimation and proposal input.
• Act as the communication bridge between client stakeholders and the delivery team.

Required profile

• 5+ years of business analysis experience, with at least 2 years on Salesforce implementations.
• Proven experience in the airline and aviation industry.
• Strong understanding of CRM concepts and at least one Salesforce cloud (Sales, Service, Marketing or Data Cloud).
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
