Senior Business Development Executive (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

A company is looking for a motivated, result-oriented Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth for its Tax Services division. The role suits someone who excels in client acquisition, relationship management and revenue generation, with a strong understanding of corporate tax, VAT and advisory services in the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for Tax and Advisory services
• Generate leads and build a strong client pipeline
• Conduct client meetings, presentations and follow-ups
• Build strong relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders
• Coordinate with internal tax teams to understand client needs and propose solutions
• Support proposal preparation, pricing discussions and service presentations
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets

Required profile

• 3-6 years of experience in business development or sales within tax, audit, consulting or professional services
• Strong understanding of UAE Corporate Tax, VAT and related advisory services
• UAE market experience is mandatory
• Valid UAE driving licence is an added advantage
• Preferred: experience in professional services or consulting firms, existing corporate client network in the UAE, target-driven and commercially focused mindset
