Senior Business Development Manager – Corporate Training & Learning Solutions

About the role

The Senior Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth by selling corporate training and learning solutions to organisations across the UAE and KSA. You will build strategic relationships with HR and L&D leaders, understand their development needs, and propose tailored programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the UAE and KSA market.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR Directors, Learning & Development Managers, Talent Development Managers, and senior business stakeholders.
• Conduct client meetings to understand organisational learning and development requirements.
• Present and propose customized training and learning solutions aligned with client needs.
• Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through to contract closure.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales and revenue targets.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.
• Attend networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings to develop business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and long‑term partnerships.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of UAE and/or KSA‑based B2B sales experience.
• Proven success in business development and revenue generation.
• Strong network within the UAE and/or KSA corporate market.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and highly organised.
• Ability to engage with decision‑makers at management and executive levels.
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred.
